We maintain a code of ethics in our personal lives and in the management of our store that places a premium on providing our customers with the highest quality service and products at a reasonable and fair cost.

That is the whole idea, and it has not changed. We are not a big-box counter. When you call, you get someone who knows the answer, and when you take a class here you get corrected on the line by an instructor who has been doing this a long time.

Most of the people who walk in are not experienced shooters. They are somebody who decided they want a pistol permit and found out New York wants 16 hours of classroom instruction and 2 hours of live fire before they can even apply. We teach both halves, and we will tell you honestly what the process looks like from here.
